Matol's new, fast-impact compensation plan
The stories are being repeated over and over again. Distributors who
have been receiving checks for years have seen their residual incomes
double and triple over the last few months. New distributors who have
never been in MLM before have been earning checks in the thousands in
their fist month! Other, move experienced, distributors who have been
attracted to Matol for its clinically tested products that are obtaining
miraculous results are finding their incomes growing faster in Matol
than in any other program before. Many of Matol's former distributors,
who left in hopes of making more money but remained on Matol's products,
are now returning because they realize that they now can make more money
with Matol than the company that they left Matol for in the first place!
Matol has done several things to its compensation plan to help its
distributors to earn large incomes fast, have those incomes grow quickly
and to help business builders be able to earn substantial incomes.
The first improvement to the compensation plan was to reduce the
qualification requirements to only about $50. Manager requirements were
also lowered. This is opposite of what some companies are doing in the
industry and many of those distributors are losing their incomes. In
Matol, it is easier to start earning commissions and to keep getting
paid.
Matol made two changes to help distributors to earn larger checks
faster. Its new Quick Start bonuses are paid weekly. You earn 50 percent
on each new recruit's volume in his or her first month. There are people
earning $1,500 in their first month. Some earn $500 or more in one day.

Company marketing makes
selling easy
The company is being featured on radio shows about health, killer cells
and enhancing immune system. When a distributor sets up a seminar on
that subject, the room is often filled with 250 or more. Matol is not
even initially displayed or talked about until towards the end of the
seminar. At that point, the attendees are offered the products. Term
Den, Matol's chief marketing officer, reports that sales have exceeded
$35,000 with as many as half of the attendees becoming either
distributors or auto-shipment purchasers. Imagine the tantalizing
commissions, profits and residual incomes that can be created in one
day.
Matol's Botanelle Personal Care product line has a great party plan
presentation, For those who understand and appreciate the party plan
marketing method, they can earn a couple of hundred dollars to a couple
of thousand dollars in one night. Since Matol's compensation plan is
multilevel and it has autoship programs, Matol's distributors who use
this approach will also earn nice residual incomes from meeting and
finding new distributors. Matol' health products can then be introduced
to those that came to party and up-sales can be made to a market that
would not have initially considered them.
Bonus pool is for everyone
The second thing Matol has done to increase its new distributor's
incomes is to add a 2% Phase Auto Ship Pool Bonus. In most companies,
such pools are only available for top distributors. In Matol,
distributors can start enjoying bonuses from the start. These bonuses
also encourage distributors to stay active by enrolling into the
autoship program. The result is that distributors earn more in Matol
because they earn more bonuses and more distributors remain active.
Altogether, in North America, 10 percent of the company sales volume
is put into bonus pools. This results in big months payouts. Managers at
all levels are sharing in these bonus pool checks. This is extra income
the Matol distributors earn even from people outside of their own
downlines.
Plan has room for distributor advancement
Matol also uses a dynamic compression system. This allows managers to
get paid deeper into their sales organization creating huge checks.
The core of Matol's compensation plan is a easy-to-understand,
five-step generation program. You start with a well-above industry
average of three generations with an override of 15 percent per
generation. Note: Matol uses generations, not levels. This allows
distributors to earn deeper into their sales organization then three
levels would. Again the more people on which you earn overrides, the
more income you earn. This helps new distributors to earn great
beginning incomes fast.
As your business grows you can move into the management phase, where
you can earn up to 15 percent for the first three generations and five
percent for the next three generations. That is a total of 60 percent
paid out on six generations, plus all of the bonuses. Six generations
allow distributors to earn very deep into their sales organizations. You
now can understand how business builders are creating large residual
incomes.
Of course the key of these large incomes is still Matol's clinically
proven products that are obtaining miraculous results. Professional
networkers know that a powerful compensation place can create momentum
