Distributors profess
passion for Matol
Linda Martin has been with Matol for over 16 years. She has earned over
a million dollars already. "Of course I trust in Matol/Km as a
product. We have sold so much of this over the years, I lost count. But
I am so impressed with the new products and what they do for the immune
system. The results are simply amazing. The new compensation plan has it
all. Easy for the new person just getting started to earn good money as
well as managers who have been in here for as long as we have. I really
can't explain dynamic compression, but I know it adds about $11,000 a
month into my check. And you know I like that!"
Lisa Strozzi, who have been with Matol for over one year enthused,
"The products speak for themselves, we have clinical studies which
are very impressive. Plus I now have medical doctors in my group, who
are using these products themselves, and with their patients, this gives
everyone the confidence to talk about Matol products. I live in a very
small town in Montana, and for someone like me to earn $100,000 a year
in my own business is unbelievable. I love the weekly bonus checks, I
have had some weeks where my bonus was over $3,500. It is truly a dream
come true."
Curt Newby has been in Matol less than two years and is already at
the top management level, earning $15,000 monthly. "I have been
doing seminars all over the U.S. and Canada, doing lectures on immune
system modulation. We have sold over $20,000 worth of Matol products in
just one seminar, more than once, since I have been lecturing."
"Matol has everything, the products, the compensation and the
support. This plan allows you to earn great money while building your
long-term income stream. I have earned over $3,000 a week when I was
getting started and the repeat sales generated from these products is
like nothing I've ever seen."
Seasoned management team
According to Tim Dern, Matol's chief marketing officer, "This is
the best management of any company I have ever worked with, we are all
very close, but tough when we have to be and share common goals. I am
the new guy on the Executive Management Team, but I have found it very
easy to fit into this group and I feel as if I was here from the start.
"This group has allowed me to bring some fresh, innovative
things into Matol that most of the more established companies would
veto. What I have found here is an established company that is still
focused on making big things happen and they know that it will take a
complete team effort.
Robert is a great owner to work for and we all share his passion to
make Matol the role model company in our industry. He is our leader,
however he lets each of us do our job. With a tight group leading the
way it's no wonder Matol is doing the impossible."
The Matol Executive Management Team:
J.F. Robert Bolduc, co-founder, chairman and chief executive officer
- Bolduc co-founder Matol is 1984 after personally benefiting from the
Km herbal tonic created by Karl Jurak. Bolduc made the company
philosophy of Give and Receive (inspired by Karl Jurak) and it still is
a major part of the corporate culture at Matol. The company was launched
in October 1984.
Bijan Movafegh, chief operating officer - Movafegh has been
with the company for over 15 years. He worked his way up through various
departments of Matol and is now in charge of all operations. He
understands what distributors need as well as how to make the process
work from the inside.
Daniel Danino, chief financial officer - Danino has been with
Matol for over 6 years and has an impressive track record of working
with on of the top CPA firms in Canada before joining Matol. He has the
huge responsibility of handling the money when you consider Matol has
done over a billion-and-a-half dollars in sales and paid out over $500
million in commission checks.
Tim Dern, chief marketing officer- Dern has been at Matol just
a couple of years and brings new energy with innovative ideas from his
17 years in the MLM industry. Dern has been a top distributor for two
major companies, has built one of the largest discount shopping MLM
companies ever and has made quite an impact working in top marketing
positions for companies in the industry. A charismatic business builder
that works very well with people and is now using his talents to create
some explosive growth at Matol. |

More of a "party"
person?
For distributors who life the party plan approach, Matol's Botanelle
Personal Care product line lends itself well to party plan
demonstrations. The line includes: Soothing Bath Oil; Bubbling Bath
Sprinkles; Aloe Shampoo and Aloe Conditioner; Natural Massage Oil;
Nourishing Body Wash; Body Lotion; Revitalizing Body Scrub; Aromatic
Hydration Mist; Apple Body and Bath Oil; Visible Vitamin E; and
Progesterone Creme. All the products are made with all-natural
ingredients and are not tested on animals. Tropical Mango, Ocean Wave
and Vanilla Vacation are the fragrances available for most of the
product line. Matol advocates fragrance layering. Because if you don't
use the same scented products, all those different scents combine to
create a whole different scent then you may have been trying to achieve.
Anyone would be proud to show off this extensive line of personal
care products and share the various fragrance experiences at a home
demonstration. This line helps distributors approach a different target
market. Many of these customers then also start using Matol's health and
immune system products.
Top standard laboratories
Matol's production facility is located just outside of Montreal in
Varennes, Quebec, Canada. The state-of-the-art production facility is
designed to specifically meet the specialized production needs of an
herbal-based product. The plant has stringent quality-control measures-
all ingredients are carefully inspected for purity and quality.
The laboratories meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards
for pharmaceutical products and comply with Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).
The Matol facility is also approved for Pharmaceutical and Food Analysis
and accredited for Micrological Analysis. Matol must be able to assure
strict and sere quality standards because its products are distributed
world-wide.
Matol products are rigorously tested in its microbiological
laboratory, which has been accredited by Canadian Standards and its
chemistry laboratory, which is also operated to GLP standard. By
controlling these production processes, Matol can assure the highest
quality levels.
Because of Matol's recent growth, the company is building a new,
larger, custom-made headquarters, which eventually should house both the
administrative and manufacturing functions. It will have close to
100,000 square feet when filled to capacity.
Matol on the move
I personally know the management and the Matol company. The management
has gone through fire and brimstone but has never lost its appreciation
and respect for its distributors. Matol's products have a great story.
More importantly, their performance is attracting world-class research
doctors into the program. When Matol has made changes in its
compensation plan, it was to help increase its distributors income, not
to burden its distributors with additional qualifications that result in
reduced incomes for most. Matol has not added policies restricting its
distributor's freedoms. Matol has learned the secret of obtaining and
keeping loyal distributors - "be loyal to your distributors."
Who would think that after 17 years, Matol would be the hot, exciting
program? But take my word for it. Matol is on the move and many MLMers
are coming back where they started. And Matol's rebound and renewed
explosive growth is no accident. It has the management and distributor
leadership, marketing systems, compensation plan and most importantly,
the products that make the impossible happen!
Len Clements, industry insider who is regarded as the Ralph Nader of
the industry, positions Matol as one of the top-five best opportunities
in the industry.
Isn't it about time you experience the experienced? Matol is on the
move. Shouldn't you move to Matol?
