Dr. Robert Bell was one of the most able Zymotic specialists in the
world and was one of the first men to announce that "Nearly all
Zymotic diseases, including cancer, are caused by decomposition of
nitrogenous food in the blood stream and therefore could be prevented and
cured by food; with food and food alone!"
Dr. McCarrison, a noted English surgeon, in charge of a British
battalion of troops located in India, made an experiment. He procured
through the natives a large number of monkeys, apes, and other
anthropoidal specimens of life. He brought them into his camp and fed them
upon army rations of the soldiers. Within a period of 60 days all of these
healthy animals became afflicted with the white man's diseases.
