What is the Advantage Customer Program?

Univera’s Advantage Customer Program (ACP) allows members to save with special pricing, enjoy convenient monthly delivery of products, receive member-only education and product promotions, and earn ACP Points toward FREE products. 

How are ACP Points tracked?

Points are calculated automatically every time you make a purchase.

How do I redeem points?

Earned points may be applied towards free products. You must have ACP Points that are equal to or exceed the product(s) you are applying the points to. You must purchase an item at the time of redemption (no minimum required). If you have additional points left over, they will remain on your account to be used towards future product orders. Points earned in the current month are posted the first day of the following month.

What products are available for redemption?

All Univera consumable products with an ACP Point value associated with them accumulate points towards free products.

What is required to join the program?

Customers must sign up on a Univera Convenience Plan in order to be eligible. A Convenience Plan allows Customers to receive convenient automatic monthly shipments of the products of their choice on either on the 5th, 12th, 19th, or 26th of each month.

What if I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership at any time by cancelling your Convenience Plan. Accrued points are forfeited at the time of cancellation.  

Can I return products I ordered with points?

Products ordered with ACP Points are non-refundable.

HOW ACP POINTS WORK

Each time you place an order, you will earn Advantage Customer Program (ACP) Points towards the redemption of free products. ACP Points are our way of rewarding members for each purchase they make. Points are calculated by multiplying the total ACP Points on an order by the corresponding percentage. The percentages increase as your order purchases increase. 

The chart below displays the percentage amount with the point range:

Accrual Example:

You place an order for an AgelessXtra® 4-Pack and AloeGold®, which equals 115 ACP Points. The 115 points are multiplied by 20% equaling 23 points.

As you accumulate ACP Points, you will be able to redeem them towards free products. Your points will need to be equal to or greater than the product(s) being redeemed.

Example:

You can use your 23 points and redeem them for one free 30 oz. bottle of Aloe Gold®. You will have

8 points remaining that will continue to accrue.
