Matol
Home Based Business Opportunity
article reprinted from Matol Journal

As
a widow with no formal education and with a young child to
raise, I was able to build a successful Matol business. My
lifestyle did not have to change, but it did improve and now I
am enjoying a lucrative and rewarding life thanks to Matol.
Shortly after being introduced to Matol my husband died from an
aneurism. My brother, Don Sherwood, a former banker, joined me
to run the construction business which included landscaping and
painting. I am not a contractor, so the majority of the business
depended on my husband's knowledge and ability. I had two
choices. The construction company’s “Bankruptcy” or
Matol’s great lifestyle.
Don suggested that I work my Matol business one evening a week
and that he would help me. Every Thursday we had a meeting.
Based on the fable about the tortoise and the hare, I call
myself a tortoise-hare. My business grew rapidly just by being
consistent. |
One year later, we put the businesses on a board.
Construction looked great, money coming in, but with major money
going out. The landscaping was viable. However, the painting
company was in the red, not a good color for the bank account.
To our amazement my Matol income had more than doubled monthly,
from approximately $3000 a month Royalty to $8,000 and $9,000 a
month. Don suggested I close the other companies. Where else
could I have the chance to make $10,000 to $50,000 or more in
one month?
One of my most treasured achievements was becoming a Field
Advisor, the second in Canada. Steven Dubin, also a Field
Advisor at the time, was my inspiration. I am so very proud to
be part of the Matol Family which is impacting our lives in such
a positive way.
The major advantages of being in business for yourself with
Matol, is that you have no office, no bookkeeping, no staff, or
payroll, to worry about. I only work twenty hours a week all
over, versus eighty in one location. With Matol I am able to
travel and take care of business anywhere. You hear so much
about personal growth in this type of business. My business grew
and so did I in all respects. I built my business in coffee
shops, restaurants, home meetings, flea markets and malls. My
bank account was growing and so was I.
I was like a new flower coming in full bloom. My associates and
I share the Baby Steps Program and we also share a Gift
Certificate as an introductory offer to many of our prospects.
Ninety percent of the people are not sales people and relate
well to this program.
Matol's Motto is Give and Receive and "Giving builds
bridges." One man gives freely and gains even more, another
will withhold unduly and comes to poverty. The secret to
bountiful reaping is bountiful sowing.
I still have my Thursday night Open House meetings. Now we also
use the internet. Our new prospects can be registered and
purchase products in a few seconds. It's really an excellent
program; buy one case, share it with a few friends and family
and have major success. No fear in losing your job and what you
build can be passed on to your family, as a life insurance
policy in case anything should ever happen to you. I have many
associates above and below me who are Matol Millionaires like
Steve Dubin, Harold, Laura Hine, Jack & Joan Arens and Hal
& Helen Harris. There are so many who became financially
secure. I have traveled to many exquisite places that most
people can only dream about. I have been to Greece, Hawaii, Las
Vegas, Mexico and Malaysia.
The most rewarding thing for me personally was the opportunity
to spend time with my father when he was ill without having to
worry about losing my job. My pay check followed me and to my
surprise my check went up while I was taking care of personal
business. The few years my Mother wasn't well and lived with me,
I was able to take her everywhere with me and she enjoyed being
part of the Matol family and traveling with me. We had quality
time that meant more to me than any amount of money.
You can be totally independent in two to five years with Matol.
If you had to choose health or wealth, what would you choose?
Why not have both with Matol?
Special thanks must go to Karl Jurak for this wonderful, life
changing gift and to Cheryl Sherwood-Gray for introducing me
Matol and a life-changing opportunity for which I am most
grateful.
