Matol Home Based Business Opportunity

In 1985 when I was first introduced to Matol, there were often more presenters in the front of the room than invited guests. However, as the word got out about our amazing Matol/Km®, things quickly changed. We experienced explosive growth for the next several years. Matol became one of the most respected Network Marketing companies in the industry by attracting the best people in the Field and at Home Office.
Why do I love Matol? It’s easy to love Matol when you consider the friendships, the products, the company and the opportunity! At Matol, we are a close, warm, cozy family. No matter what else we do, or where we go, Matol is always home and there is no greater feeling than coming home. This business is truly all about relationships and that is what I thank Matol for most of all. 
I feel so blessed to have developed such beautiful friendships within the Matol family, friendships that grow more precious every day.

MY MATOL FRIENDSHIPS
I am also deeply grateful to my wonderful downline Distributor team, to whom I owe my Matol success. Many of us have been together for over 15 years and I value all these friendships dearly. Among them are André Côté, Marge and Glenn Picone, Terry Trecarten, Ariel Bétancourt, Joyce Patrick, Nan and Don Bell, Lisa, Jenny, and Frank Iozzi, Al Boeck, and many, many more. It is always fun to meet these good friends at every Matol function, particularly when they are in warm, exotic, sunny places.
Speaking of exotic places, Matol always does everything FIRST CLASS. Every year, Matol has organized outstanding Training and Pleasure Conferences to thank their Distributors for their efforts. Yes, I have enjoyed all our Conferences and Events - whether they were in Acapulco, Vancouver, Florida, Las Vegas, Montreal, Puerto Vallarta, Greece, or Hawaii (6 times)! In fact, at Matol’s Tenth Anniversary in Hawaii, my husband Peter and I were “mauied” on the Island of Maui, with many of our Matol friends. And to our great pleasure, J.F. Robert Bolduc, Matol’s dynamic Co-Founder, President and CEO was our special guest. Peter and I have many lovely Matol memories, but that was our fondest Matol Moment!

THE PRODUCT
Matol’s driving force is, of course, our flagship product Matol/Km®. It’s an absolutely amazing liquid herbal supplement that has a strong following of happy, energetic customers and Distributors. Never in my 20 years of Network Marketing, have I seen such product loyalty! I have personally seen its extraordinary benefits again and again, over the past 16 years. The results are truly impressive which is why Matol/Km® is such a pleasure to share and why the business is so rewarding. Over the years, Matol has added other very unique health products to their product line strengthening Matol’s competitive edge and ensuring its commitment mission to “Impact World Health.”

THE COMPANY & CORPORATE VALUES
Whether it openly states its values or not, every company has a set of governing principles expressed in company literature and presentations. They show up in actions that speak far louder than words. I am so grateful that J.F. Robert Bolduc honors the importance of this and is committed to making Matol Botanical International the most respected, honorable company in the industry. It makes us proud to be part of the “Matol Movement” and its serious mission to “Impact World Health” locally and globally. THE MATOL MONEY
Matol offers an excellent opportunity to build long term income and enjoy more freedom. You are going to work hard for a little while. The exciting part is, that if you do it right, you will never have to do it again! But, you have to do it. I am very grateful to Matol for a steady income stream for 16 years. Last year, my Matol income was over $200,000! This income was produced from many years of effort and perseverance. The truth is best expressed by my favorite quote by Michelangelo. . . “You would not be nearly as impressed with my work if you knew how hard I worked at it.” It has all been extremely rewarding. Thank you Matol!
Network Marketing is about building relationships. You need to be trustworthy and sincere. Why else would anyone listen to what you have to say. There are so many choices today, people have such a difficult time choosing which product or business is best for them. It’s important to be the kind of person that inspires others to join your team. That includes being enthusiastic, cheerful, helpful, and honest. It is very hard to resist an enthusiastic person, most of us want to be around positive, successful people.
There are some basic guidelines I find successful when talking to people about my Matol business. FIRST - Do No Harm. Try to stay unattached to their response. Leave the person with a better impression of you and the industry than when the conversation began. That way, regardless of what your prospect chooses to do, you have made the world a better place for Networkers and you will feel good about yourself.

GOOD THINGS I HAVE LEARNED
Network Marketing provides the greatest personal growth course you will ever take! If we want things to change, we have to change. It’s not necessarily easy, but it’s very simple. Change your way of thinking and change your life. If we want more, we have to become more. Life is an inside job. This business either promotes you or exposes you for who you really are. We attract what we are. If we want to attract positive, successful people and experiences, we have to think positive, happy thoughts of abundance and prosperity. First of all, make your decision then have a plan, set goals and achieve them. Accept no excuses. Take responsibility. It’s YOUR business and it will be your success!
It is valuable knowledge to know that a solid Network Marketing business can be built very naturally through relationships based on natural curiosity and interest about the other person and good listening skills. It’s supposed to be FUN. Yes, you need to be disciplined and you need perseverance, but that’s true to be successful at anything. How do Olympic athletes become successful? They practice consistently, not just when they feel like it. It’s like prospecting and developing new and existing relationships. If we do this on a regular basis, we will be successful. Guaranteed.
I find that people today, especially in their 40’s, 50’s and 60’s, are looking to give something back to the world, myself included. There are more Baby Boomers today than ever before. I like to appeal to their values. When I show them how Matol’s products contribute to the greater good of everyone, they can see how they can help and how Matol can be a vehicle for them to achieve their highest goals. We are in the business of changing people’s lives health wise and financially.
I love this business. It offers so many choices and all the freedom I need. I only work with people I enjoy. People of like mind. So I am usually “playing” in a way, building friendships, whether I’m playing golf, doing 3-way calls with new prospects, one-on-one presentations, or training sessions. It’s hard to know when play ends and work begins when you truly enjoy the people you are working with and you like the work you do. That’s how I feel about what I do.
Every company is only as good as its people. A dependable, effective Home Office staff is so important in Network Marketing. You must have Management with integrity, that you can trust and depend on. Matol has the best. They are all top notch, from the best Distributors and best staff to the best systems and plans. The good part about being in business for such a long time, like Matol, is that everything is in place. It makes a Distributor’s life so much easier when you can count on their well-trained, friendly, professional Distributor Services and Order Entry staff. Matol always ensures that checks are on time and that product shipments are complete and on schedule.
The Marketing Department, the hub of the company, has to be in sync with the Field. Tim Dern, Matol’s Chief Marketing Officer, and Santino Ferraiuolo can be depended upon to come up with innovative, resourceful programs and systems to promote Matol. They facilitate the good rapport between Home Office and the Field. Over the past 20 years, I have had the opportunity to evaluate other Network Marketing Companies, and believe me, Matol ranks as one of the finest in the industry.
The real good news is that Matol is on the move! I am so excited about Matol’s move to brand new, very classy corporate facility in a lovely part of Montreal and it’s just five minutes from our home. It must be Destiny!
