Getting around
The main entrance to this store is its homepage. From there,
you can view the product category index, and check out the sales
and promotions offered by the store.
Using the navigation buttons, you can browse the store Catalog,
click on the Shopping Cart tab to purchase the items
you select to buy, send a comment to customer service (Feedback),
or Link to affiliate sites that provide other
health and fitness information and products.
You can open the catalog from any place in the store by
clicking the Catalog button at the top of the page.
To read about a product, you click its link. This opens the
product page that contains the price of the item, a product
description, and a picture of the product.

is updated several times a day to provide you with a comprehensive
summary of current health and fitness events.
To find the price of an item, you go to a product page. Both
the product category index, and the store catalog provide a
pathway to product pages. You can get to a product page by
following links from the catalog or product category index.
When you have selected the items you wish to purchase, click on
the Shopping Cart tab located on both the top and the
bottom of any page, or click the "To Order" button
located on the product page. This will open a window enabling you
to finalize and process your order.

Adding an item to your online shopping cart does not obligate you
to buy. You can go to your shopping cart at any time during your
visit, and remove items any items that you don't want. You can
also change the quantity of your order. For instance, you may
decide to purchase 2 bottles of Km instead of 3.
To make your purchase, go to the shopping cart, make any
changes that you want, and click "Checkout". A billing
form then displays so you can fill in your payment method, and
shipping instructions. Click "send" when you're done.
